How FOG Tracker Works

FOG Tracker FOG Cycle graphicRevolutionize with Automation

FOG Tracker automates many tasks that previously were done manually. This significantly reduces labor costs and frees up valuable time for personnel to focus on other tasks.

With FOG Tracker manifests data is entered by the disposal companies and waste haulers. This eliminates the time it takes for authorities to sort through paper manifests “looking” for missing manifests. Instead, just click a few buttons and instantly see which traps have been pumped, and which ones need attention.

Additionally, unethical haulers are exposed, making the damaging practice of “pump ‘n dump” a thing of the past.

Here’s How it Works

A user logs onto the software through one of three “portals.” (Portal means gateway, access point, etc…)

Each party logs onto FOG Tracker through their respective portals. From there, they can only access the screens and information relevant to them.

The Authority Portal

The authority keeps track of the Food Service Establishments (FSE’s), Waste Haulers and Disposal sites in their jurisdiction.

Information tracked in the Authority Portal includes:

FSE General Info ScreenFood Service Establishments
Waste Haulers
Disposal Sites

A few of the tasks
Authorities can do:

The Disposal Portal

The Disposal Sites log onto FOG Tracker and enter Vehicle Load Manifests (VLMs).  Each VLM lists every trap manifest collected by the hauler for that particular FOG deposit.

This is the data that allows an authority to track FOG from “cradle-to-grave.”

The Hauler Portal

If haulers are also performing trap inspections, the haulers log onto FOG Tracker and complete the inspection data.
